  1. Toute procuration en faveur de la société ADMINCO engage illicitement la société demanderesse pour les services prestés et facturés par ADMINCO.
  2. Toutes les factures sont payables au comptant.
  3. Toutes publications au Moniteur belge donne droit à une preuve de dépôt, les justificatifs supplémentaires sont facturés en plus. Les frais d’envoi des justificatifs sont compris dans nos honoraires.
  4. En cas de retard de paiement, il nous reviendra de plein droit, après l’envoi d’une mise en demeure, à titre de dommages et intérêts forfaitaires et irréductibles, un montant égal à 10% de la somme restant due, avec un minimum de 25,00 €, outre les intérêts conventionnels de retard et sans préjudice de tous autres droits et actions.
  5. Les Tribunaux de Bruxelles sont seuls compétents pour tout litige né à l’occasion de nos prestations de services. Les causes qui sont du ressort du Juge de Paix seront soumises au Tribunal de Paix compétent. Nous nous réservons cependant la faculté de saisir le Tribunal du domicile du défendeur.
